Kea are nationally endangered mountain parrots that live on the southern island of New Zealand. Kea are famous for their insatable curiosity, intelligence, playfulness, and their ability to adapt to changing circumstances. These characteristics have at times put them in conflict with people. Often described as cheeky or mischievous, kea are one of the most charismatic animals in the world. They need our support and protection to ensure their future.

Way to go Jackie- enjoy the site and best of luck with your project and bringing the kea's to the meetings- looking forward to seeing you again at Lorikeet Landing or should we change the name to Kea Landing?
